OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR
DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Long Game 2027 Masters Experience Drawing (“Drawing”) is sponsored by The Gala of
Hope Foundation, Inc., 3500 Pentagon Boulevard, Suite 500, Beavercreek, Ohio 45431
(“Sponsor”).
By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions
concerning the Drawing, which are final and binding.

1. ENTRY PERIOD
   The Drawing begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:01:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on
   October 28, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (“Entry Period”).
   Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device. Entries received before or
   after the Entry Period are void.

2. ELIGIBILITY
   The Drawing is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who
   are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
   The following individuals are not eligible:
   • Employees of the Sponsor
   • Individuals directly involved in administering the Drawing or selecting the winner
   • Immediate family members of an ineligible individual
   • Individuals who live in the same household as an ineligible individual, whether
   related or not
   “Immediate family” means a spouse, parent, child, sibling and the spouse of any such
   person, regardless of where they reside.
   The Drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER
   There are two methods of entry. Each valid method provides one entry with equal odds of
   winning.
   A. Fundraising Qualification Method
   A registered Long Game golfer will receive one entry if the golfer raises at least $2,500 in
   eligible fundraising credit during the Entry Period.
   To qualify:
   • All completed holes must be recorded by October 28, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern
   Time.
   • The golfer’s eligible fundraising total must equal or exceed $2,500 by that deadline.
   • The golfer must otherwise comply with these Official Rules.
   Eligible fundraising credit may include:
   • Valid one-time donations credited to the golfer
   • Valid per-hole pledges calculated using the number of holes recorded before the
   deadline
   • Eligible offline gifts received, verified and credited by the Sponsor before the
   deadline
   • Grants from donor-advised funds recommended by unrelated third-party donors,
   provided the grant is received and credited before the deadline
   A grant or contribution from a donor-advised fund or similar charitable account over which
   the golfer, a member of the golfer’s immediate family or a member of the golfer’s household
   holds advisory privileges will not count toward the $2,500 threshold.
   Canceled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, uncollectible or otherwise invalid donations or
   pledges will not count. Sponsor will determine fundraising totals using its official
   campaign, financial and payment-processing records.
   Raising more than $2,500 does not provide additional entries or increase an entrant’s
   chances of winning.
   B. Free Alternate Method of Entry
   To enter without registering as a golfer, playing golf, fundraising, making a donation or
   completing any other transaction, visit: https://form.jotform.com/262366487769073
   Complete and submit the free-entry form during the Entry Period. The form requires the
   entrant’s full legal name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, state of
   residence, eligibility certifications and acknowledgment of these Official Rules.
   The completed form must be submitted by October 28, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time.
   No purchase, donation, fundraising activity, golf participation or payment is required to use
   the free method of entry.

4. ENTRY LIMIT
   Limit one entry per person during the entire Entry Period, regardless of entry method.
   A person who qualifies through fundraising and also submits a free-entry form will receive
   only one entry.
   Entrants may not use multiple names, email addresses, identities, accounts or other
   means to obtain more than one entry. Automated, mechanically reproduced, fraudulent,
   incomplete or illegible entries are void.
   Multiple eligible individuals residing in the same household may each enter separately,
   subject to the one-entry-per-person limit.

5. ENTRY VERIFICATION
   All entries are subject to verification by the Sponsor.
   Proof of submitting a form, donation or pledge does not constitute proof that the Sponsor
   received a valid entry. Sponsor may request information reasonably necessary to verify an
   entrant’s identity, age, residence, fundraising total or compliance with these Official Rules.
   If a donation or pledge used to establish fundraising eligibility is canceled, reversed,
   disputed, refunded, uncollectible or otherwise determined to be invalid, the Sponsor may
   disqualify the related entry or potential winner.

6. RANDOM DRAWING AND ODDS
   On or about October 29, 2026, the Sponsor or an independent person designated by the
   Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received through
   both entry methods.
   The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
   Every valid entry has an equal chance of selection, regardless of entry method or the
   amount raised or donated.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
   The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and telephone number
   associated with the entry.
   The potential winner must respond within 24 hours after the Sponsor’s first notification
   attempt and indicate whether the potential winner accepts the prize.
   The potential winner may be required to:
   • Confirm eligibility
   • Complete an affidavit of eligibility
   • Sign a liability and publicity release where legally permitted
   • Submit a completed IRS Form W-9
   • Provide documentation required by the prize provider
   • Comply with all terms governing the tournament badges, lodging and prize package
   If the potential winner does not respond within 24 hours, cannot be contacted, is ineligible,
   declines the prize, does not complete the required documentation or violates these Official
   Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified. Sponsor may then randomly select an
   alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.
   If verification is completed before the 19th Hole Closing Celebration, Sponsor may
   announce the verified winner at the event. Otherwise, Sponsor may announce that a
   potential winner has been selected, subject to acceptance and eligibility verification.
   The selected entrant is not the official winner until Sponsor completes verification and
   provides confirmation that the prize has been awarded.

8. PRIZE
   One prize will be awarded.
   The prize is a 2027 Masters Experience for two, consisting of:
   • Two admission badges to one round of the 2027 Masters Tournament
   • One night of standard hotel lodging for the winner and one guest, based on double
   occupancy
   The specific tournament round, date and hotel will be determined by the prize provider and
   are not guaranteed at the time of entry.
   The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $15,000. The ARV is based on
   information provided by the prize provider. Actual value may vary based on the tournament
   round, hotel, market conditions and other factors. Any difference between the stated ARV
   and actual value will not be awarded.
   Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prize does not include:
   • Airfare or transportation to or from the destination
   • Ground transportation
   • Parking
   • Meals or beverages
   • Additional hotel nights
   • Baggage fees
   • Travel insurance
   • Personal expenses
   • Gratuities
   • Incidentals
   • Federal, state or local taxes
   • Any cost not specifically identified as part of the prize
   The winner and guest are responsible for arranging and paying all transportation and
   expenses not expressly included.
   The winner and guest must comply with all rules, policies and conditions established by
   the tournament organizer, venue, hotel and prize provider. Tournament badges may not be
   sold, transferred or used in violation of applicable terms.
   The winner’s guest must satisfy all requirements imposed by the prize provider and may be
   required to sign a liability and publicity release. If the guest is a minor, the winner must be
   the minor’s parent or legal guardian unless the prize provider expressly permits another
   arrangement.
   The prize is not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred, assigned or substituted by
   the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or
   greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s
   reasonable control.
   Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation, postponement, rescheduling or modification
   of the tournament or any prize component by the tournament organizer, hotel or prize
   provider.

9. TAXES
   The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any other costs
   associated with accepting or using the prize.
   Sponsor intends to report the prize to applicable tax authorities and issue the winner an IRS
   Form 1099-MISC as required by law. The winner must provide a valid taxpayer identification
   number and completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.
   The value reported for tax purposes may be based on the prize’s fair market value at the
   time it is awarded. The winner should consult an independent tax adviser regarding the tax
   consequences of accepting the prize.

10. PUBLICITY
    Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for
    Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice
    and statements about the Drawing for promotional, advertising and reporting purposes
    without additional compensation.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor
    and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents and representatives from claims
    arising from participation in the Drawing or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of
    the prize.
    The released parties are not responsible for:
    • Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected or undelivered entries
    • Technical, internet, telephone, email, software or platform failures
    • Incorrect or inaccurate entry information
    • Unauthorized human intervention
    • Errors in administering the Drawing or processing entries
    • Injury, loss or damage resulting from participation in the Drawing or use of the prize
    • Acts or omissions of the tournament organizer, hotel, prize provider or
    transportation providers
    Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
    Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process,
    acts fraudulently, violates these Official Rules or interferes with the fair administration of
    the Drawing.
    If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, legal restriction, force majeure or
    another event outside Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper
    operation of the Drawing, Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the Drawing, subject
    to applicable law. If the Drawing is terminated, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible
    entries received before the event requiring termination.
    Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not waive that
    provision.
    If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will
    remain in effect.

13. PRIVACY
    Information submitted in connection with the Drawing will be used to administer the
    Drawing, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants, fulfill the prize and comply with legal
    obligations.
    Entry information will be handled in accordance with the Gala of Hope Foundation Privacy
    Policy.
    Entering the Drawing does not automatically subscribe an entrant to fundraising or
    marketing communications.

14. GOVERNING LAW
    The Drawing and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without
    regard to conflict-of-law principles.
    Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising from the Drawing will be brought individually
    in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Greene County, Ohio.

15. WINNER INFORMATION
    After the winner has been verified, the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state may be
    posted at: www.galaofhope.net
    A winner’s list may also be requested by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

17. NO TOURNAMENT AFFILIATION
    The Masters Tournament and Augusta National Golf Club are not sponsors of, affiliated
    with or responsible for this Drawing. All tournament names, marks and related rights
    belong to their respective owners.
